Service Description
Event Horizon provides event planning assistance, venue coordination, nightlife access, and related hospitality services primarily in Las Vegas and other major cities. We act as an intermediary connecting clients with venues, promoters, and event services.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

Booking & Cancellation

- Dress codes and entry requirements
- Venue capacity and availability changes
Guestlist Services
Guestlist placement is subject to venue approval and capacity. We do not guarantee entry to any venue. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason including but not limited to dress code violations, intoxication, or capacity limits.
Limitation of Liability
Event Horizon facilitates connections between clients and venues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Actions, omissions, or policies of third-party venues, promoters, or service providers
- Changes to event availability, pricing, or venue conditions
- Any disputes between clients and venue operators
- Personal injury, property damage, or theft occurring at venues
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
- Any amount exceeding the fees paid to us for the specific service
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Event Horizon and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on eventhorizonlv.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Event Horizon and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Dispute Resolution
